PogoZone’s Services for 2020

It’s not just a new year, but an entire new decade! With that being said, now’s as good a time as any to go over what great services we’re offering in 2020, some you might already be familiar with and others, not so much.

Service Areas

Calling Bellingham home, we’ve since grown to service not just Whatcom County, but Skagit County and Lummi and Orcas Islands as well. Because of the flexibility of our business model leveraging wireless Internet technology, we scale our services where interest in them is the greatest. If you live in these areas, but are outside our coverage, let us know where you’re at and we’ll see what we can do.

By filling out this form, we’ll have a better idea of where to build new towers and transmitters; the more people in one area who are interested, the faster we’ll be able to set up shop so make sure to get your neighborhood on board too. We’re always looking for ways to help more people find access to quality Internet services and love serving our local communities as much as we can.

Internet

Though we’re known for our wireless Internet, we also provide traditional coaxial connections as well as fiber optic lines for various residential, business, and municipal customers. While services vary between areas, all of our customers can enjoy high-speed connections backed by knowledgeable technicians and support staff.

Beyond providing Internet, we also offer support services for our business customers such as managed routers, digital and ethernet backup, enterprise WiFi, and web and email hosting. Not only will we help connect you to the Internet, but we’ll help you make the most of it.

pzTV

Last November, we were excited to announce our own television streaming service called pzTV. Following a trend that favors Internet over cable television, our pzTV package includes local and non-local channels you can pause, rewind, and record in HD. Like other streaming services, you can use pzTV on multiple devices at once and even watch select channels from your mobile while you’re on the go. It also comes with user profiles that help tailor pzTV to your own interests and tastes, letting the service recommend new shows based on your preferences and past viewing history. Built-in parental controls also let parents better monitor their children’s viewing habits so you don’t have to worry about what they’re watching.

Since the end of 2019, pzTV has replaced our analog cable TV services and is currently only available on Lummi and Orcas Islands.

Phone

Starting at $24.95/month, PogoZone offers phone plans to business customers within our service area. We tailor each plan to your business needs and can include options such as virtual PBX and SIP trunking systems, voice-over-IP with single or multi-line setups, cloud-based voicemail, and more.

Like all our service agreements, customers pay month-to-month at the beginning of each month with no cancellation fees as long we’re given 30 days notice.

While our services list is always growing and changing, one thing that will stay the same is our commitment to innovation and our customers. We’re proud to be a local ISP and even more proud to help you folks in Whatcom and Skagit counties find affordable, quality Internet solutions.
