Based on customer feedback, we’re happy to announce that we’ve updated our service status page, making it much easier for our customers to reach us and keep notified of any outages, changes, and ongoing maintenance that might affect them.
Aside from us being able to post any updates much quicker with this new page, the biggest change you’ll notice is easier navigation and filtering options by location and notification type. From here, you’ll find each notification along with its status, subsequent updates, the date and time it was reported, and the location affected. We’ve also made contact options intuitive and accessible so that you can open a new support ticket, find contact information, or live chat with us directly during business hours.
