7/18/2024 @ 3:35 PM PST: Technician is on-site now and is in-process of replacing the router.
7/18/2024 @ 2:51 PM PST: Technician in-route to the data center now with a configured replacement router.
7/18/2024 @ 2:05 PM PST: We had a core router fail due to hardware failure. We are configuring a replacement and will have a technician in route shortly.
